We were lucky enough to have some time out this summer. When I look at this photo it seems like so long ago. It reminds me though how grateful I am for my beautiful family and for this wonderful dog, who is my shadow. Taking time for yourself is not indulgent or selfish it is absolutely vital in order that you can be there for those around you.
